Get ready to dance! During this festival, people gather to celebrate the music of Pinar del Rio<\/strong>. This occurs throughout the month of April. The name is inspired by the musical theme that was made famous by Miguelito Cun\u00ed, who would travel around Cuban stages to his adoring fans. This festival is all about celebration and having a lot of fun.<\/p>\n

Event Us <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Soak up the culture at this festival that is also known as the Identity Party. Crowds gather to celebrate the most authentic of Vueltabajo. This ranges from art, music, culture and literature; it\u2019s about bringing the best of the region out and celebrating it in style. This is celebrated from September 7th – the 10th each year. The festival is dedicated to the \u2018father of music\u2019 Pedro Junco, who wrote the famous Cuban song Nosotros, which is well-loved by the people, particularly in Pinar del Rio.<\/p>\n

This is the 5th time this festival has gone ahead, with three whole days of celebrating Vinales<\/strong><\/a>.
