What month is best to visit Jamaica?
For dry, sunny weather and comfortable temperatures, you should consider travelling from mid-December to mid-April. If you are seeking fewer crowds, however, there is typically good weather from April to May and November to December (noting that the rainy and hurricane seasons run from May to November and June to November, respectively)
What not to do in Jamaica as a tourist?
For your own safety and security, it is advisable to stay within your resort at night as crime rates are higher in parts of areas such as Kingston, Negril, and Montego Bay. Also aim to avoid walking alone in unpopulated areas, and do not go looking for drugs (marijuana is illegal and possession can lead to fines)
