The name is inspired by the musical theme that was made famous by Miguelito Cuní, who would travel around Cuban stages to his adoring fans. This festival is all about celebration and having a lot of fun.
Event Us
Soak up the culture at this festival that is also known as the Identity Party. Crowds gather to celebrate the most authentic of Vueltabajo. This ranges from art, music, culture and literature; it’s about bringing the best of the region out and celebrating it in style. This is celebrated from September 7th – the 10th each year. The festival is dedicated to the ‘father of music’ Pedro Junco, who wrote the famous Cuban song Nosotros, which is well-loved by the people, particularly in Pinar del Rio.
Festival Between Mogotes
This is the 5th time this festival has gone ahead, with three whole days of celebrating Vinales. During the celebrations, there will be a mix of theatre, arts to explore, and dance performances. During the performances, they will also explore the fashion of Vinales.
